Order Processing

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days to account for coordination with Alibaba suppliers.

    • Processing times may vary based on supplier location, product availability, and order volume. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

  2. Order Confirmation:

    • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Shipping Methods

  1. Carriers:

    • Products sourced through Alibaba are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse using their preferred carrier. Common carriers include Cainiao, EMS, DHL, FedEx, or other international shipping services.

    • The specific carrier will depend on the product, destination, and shipping method selected by the supplier.

  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the supplier’s rates, which consider product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

    • Free shipping may be available for certain products; this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Delivery Times

  1. Estimated Delivery:

    • Delivery times range from 15-35 business days for standard shipping, depending on the supplier’s location and the delivery address.

    • Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost and typically reduces delivery times to 7-15 business days.

  2. Delays:

    • Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, supplier processing times, or global logistical disruptions.

    • FergZ Garage is not responsible for delays but will assist in tracking and resolving issues.

Tracking Your Order

  1. Tracking Information:

    • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

    • Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear, depending on the supplier.

  2. Multiple Shipments:

    • Orders with multiple items may ship separately if they are sourced from different suppliers. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  1. Damaged Items:

    • Inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days at Deandre.Ferguson46@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

    • FergZ Garage will work with the supplier to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.

  2. Missing or Incorrect Items:

    • If an order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Some items may ship separately, so check all tracking numbers before reaching out.

    • Resolution times depend on the supplier’s response, but FergZ Garage will keep you updated throughout the process.

International Shipping

  1. Customs and Duties:

    • Products shipped from Alibaba suppliers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees based on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    • FergZ Garage is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  2. Restricted Items:

    • Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain countries due to import restrictions. If your order is affected, you will be notified, and a refund or alternative solution will be provided.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Order Modifications:

    • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, orders cannot be modified as they are processed with the supplier.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds for delayed or undelivered orders will be issued based on supplier policies. FergZ Garage will facilitate communication with the supplier to ensure a fair resolution.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the delay or issue is due to a supplier error.
