Products Refund Policy

    • Custom-ordered or special-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.

    • Refunds are issued once the supplier confirms the issue.

    • If the product needs to be returned, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by the supplier.

  4. Refund Timeline:

    • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after confirmation.

    • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Services Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds for services are available only if the service was not delivered as agreed or if the issue is caused by FergZ Garage.

    • No refunds are issued for completed services unless an error or defect in workmanship is verified.

  2. Deposits and Cancellations:

    • Deposits for custom services or labor-intensive work are non-refundable after the work has commenced.

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a supplier or shipping error.

    • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Refund Denial:

    • Refunds may be denied if the product is not returned in its original condition, the issue is due to misuse, or the service has been completed as described.

  4. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges may be offered as an alternative to refunds for eligible cases, depending on supplier policies.
